Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of services from Mapworld.

1. Agreement

By engaging Mapworld ("we", "us") and/or purchasing a service from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Nature of services

Mapworld provides consulting and informational guidance regarding Canadian work-visa pathways and the launch of consulting businesses. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation, court advocacy, or representation before Canadian immigration or government authorities. Where formal legal representation or regulated immigration consulting is required, you should engage a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You will provide accurate, complete and truthful information.
  • You will not ask us to assist with any unlawful purpose, misrepresentation or fraud.
  • You are responsible for submitting any official applications and paying any government or third-party fees.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable taxes, currency conversion fees and payment-processor fees may apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your engagement information as confidential and share it only with our advisors and service providers as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

Any written materials, templates or frameworks we share with you are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, republish or distribute them without our written consent.

8. No outcome guarantee

We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application, business registration or commercial decision. Our role is to provide structured advice; final decisions and outcomes rest with you and the relevant authorities or counterparties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement at any time by written notice. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per the Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mapworld is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
