1. Scope
This refund policy applies to all consulting services purchased from Mapworld ("we", "us", "our") through this website or by direct invoice, including Initial Consultations, Document Review, Work Visa Pathway and Consulting Business Launch packages.
2. Right to a refund before service delivery
You may request a full refund at any time before your scheduled consultation begins or before we have started preparing deliverables for your engagement. To request a refund, email aml@mapworld.buzz with your order details. Pre-delivery refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Partial refunds after service has started
Once an engagement has started — for example, after your consultation call has begun or after we have delivered the first draft of any written work — refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis reflecting the time and materials already delivered. We will share the calculation in writing before issuing the refund.
4. Non-refundable items
- Consultations that were attended in full.
- Written deliverables that have already been sent to you (e.g. completed document reviews, written strategy summaries).
- Third-party fees, government fees, translation costs or platform processing fees that we paid on your behalf.
- Discounted, bundled or promotional packages explicitly marked as final-sale at checkout.
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time forfeit 50% of the consultation fee; no-shows forfeit the full fee.
6. Service guarantee
Mapworld provides advisory and informational services only. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that an immigration application, business registration or any other outcome will be approved by a government authority or third party. A negative outcome with such third parties is therefore not, on its own, grounds for a refund.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most disputes can be resolved directly and faster by emailing us.
